Booking Details

Booking & Payment

To reserve your session, a 25% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled session.

Invoices are sent electronically and can be paid securely online.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life happens! If you need to reschedule your session, please let me know as soon as possible. Any payments you've already made will be applied toward a new available date, subject to availability. Rescheduled sessions should take place within 12 months of the original session date.

If you choose to cancel your session, your 25% retainer is non-refundable.

If you've already paid the full amount for your session, any refund beyond the non-refundable retainer will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.

How do I book?

Simply reach out through my contact form or email, and I'll help you choose a date and session that works best. A signed contract and 25% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your session.

What should we wear?

Wear something that feels comfortable and like you! Neutral colors, earth tones, and coordinating outfits tend to photograph beautifully. Avoid large logos or busy patterns if possible. If you'd like help planning outfits, I'm always happy to offer suggestions before your session.

Can I bring my dog?

Absolutely! Pets are part of the family too. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at portrait sessions. Just be sure they're comfortable around people and outdoor settings. I also recommend bringing a leash, treats, and someone who can help if you'd like a few photos without your pup.

Do you travel?

I primarily photograph sessions in Big Pine and Bishop. Nearby locations such as Independence, Lone Pine, and Mammoth Lakes may be available for an additional travel fee.

How many photographs will I receive?

Every gallery is unique. Rather than limiting your images to a specific number, I deliver all of the best professionally edited photographs from your session.

When will I receive my gallery?

Portrait galleries are typically delivered within one week. Wedding galleries are typically delivered within two to three weeks, with a few sneak peek images delivered within a few days.

How will I receive my photographs?

Your photographs will be delivered through a private online gallery where you can download your high-resolution images as many times as you'd like while your gallery is active.

Can I print my photographs?

Absolutely! Every session includes personal printing rights, allowing you to print your images wherever you'd like.

What if the weather doesn't cooperate?

If weather or other unexpected circumstances make it impossible to hold your session, we'll simply reschedule for another available date at no additional cost.

What if I'm running late?

Please let me know if you're running behind. Your session will still end at the scheduled time so I can be respectful of other commitments.
